1. Can I try UNITY before I pay for it ?
Absolutely ! The “Basic Plan” is free for unlimited period. You can manage and monitor your mulitcloud environment up to ten devices.
2. What is the definition of a device for UNITY ?
A device is anything with an IP address that you want to monitor, including a physical device or a cloud resource.
3. How does UNITY’s pricing work?
UNITY’s pricing is tiered, based on the number of devices you have in your organization.
4. We need to add new devices in UNITY. How that will be charged
You can add unlimited devices in UNITY. Customers are charged on per device/month basis and any new device you add will be charged monthly.
5. Is there any option to pay annually?
Yes! You can pay annually or monthly. Select annual payment to get 20% off.
6. Can I change my plans anytime?
UNITY gives you the freedom to choose the plan that fits your organizations need best. You can change your plan anytime by contacting our customer care team.
7. What on-boarding support will be provided ?
Adding new devices is very easy. Just follow the on-boarding wizard to add new devices to UNITY. Our support team will assist in every step of on-boarding process. You have also option to purchase additional on-boarding support hours if required.
